The sanctuary is imagined.
The work is real.

Sleepy Bird is a working concept built by OrangeFin Agency for one reason: to show how a venue website can be atmospheric, useful and careful at the same time.

The ticket flow runs. The content is structured. The performance, accessibility and security limits are enforced. Payment does not happen because there is nothing to buy.

Three things the same site has to do

  1. Make the place desirable

Art direction, copy, photography and motion create the reason to visit.

  2. Make the next step obvious

Dates, sessions, rules and prices become one calm decision at a time.

  3. Make the operator confident

Structured content and enforced limits keep the experience maintainable.

The experience changes.
The system stays coherent.

Marketing pages are allowed to be expressive. The booking path returns to order. Both are built from the same content, tokens and standards.

The booking logic is a product, not a prop

Every forward move has a rule. Every invalid combination has a route back. Going backwards keeps the selection intact.

  1. 1

    Date

Only current published dates with an open session can move forward.

  2. 2

    Session

Published status, seasonal hours and age limits follow the chosen day.

  3. 3

    Tickets

Per-type and total limits are enforced by the state machine, not only by buttons.

  4. 4

    Check

The complete choice is read back before the Pay action opens the disclosure.

Decisions you can inspect

  1. A place with a visual point of view

The glasshouse grid begins in control. Photography, session colour and type break through it as the day moves on.

A prospective visitor feels the place before being asked to plan, while a prospective client can see a system rather than a collection of effects.

  2. A gallery with two ways through

The authored sequence gives every photograph a deliberate scale and rhythm. Explore turns the same accessible links into a draggable spatial field.

Expression is optional. The readable sequence remains the default, works from the keyboard and survives without JavaScript.

  3. A tested ticket state machine

Date, session, quantity and check all use the same reducer as the automated tests. Availability, limits, prices and age rules live in one place.

The conversion path is calm because the difficult logic is settled underneath it. The interface can be expressive without becoming unpredictable.

  4. An honest handoff

The concept is disclosed on entry, in a persistent badge and at the Pay action. No personal or payment information is ever requested.

The demonstration proves capability without asking a visitor to trust a fictional venue or mistake published capacity for live inventory.

What would your site need to prove?

We build for venues, attractions and event businesses. We start with the moment someone decides whether to visit, then carry that quality through the booking journey.

Concept site OrangeFin

Sleepy Bird Sanctuary is a fictional venue. This site is a design concept built by OrangeFin Agency to show what we make for venues that sell timed entry. Nothing on it can be booked or bought.
